Excellent dental practice. I am a very nervous patient and they are wonderfully reassuring. I recently had a tooth extraction and a bridge fitted and I came away smiling! Val, the senior receptionist is really great fitting in appointments to suit you. I thoroughly recommend Park Place Dental Practice.

Although the examination and hygenistry was excellent, I thought that the new premises lacked the the friendliness of the Churchill Way premises. I suppose that this is due to the more busier practice.

Had a tooth extracted yesterday and although I was very nervous and not looking forward to this treatment, as I had been in quite a lot of pain. Mark talked me through what was going to happen and it was done in no time and I left with no pain and a plan in place for a new tooth to be inserted in six weeks. Excellent.

We considered the Wi-fi but with average wait times of less than 5 minutes wrt booked appointments and no one really wants to hang around in a dentist!!!!! we didn’t think there was much demand. However we’ll look at it again if others ask. The new GDPR regulations I would suspect will put a big spanner in that process 😏

Excellent service! The dentist was very understanding and explained everything during the process. Had my filling repaired on the day and with minimum inconvenience.Overall a very pleasant experience to what is usually a time consuming and painful process. Staff was very polite especially the very friendly and accommodating receptionist. Would definitely recommend!

Had my first appointment post Covid. Greeted by polite, efficient staff as always and the new process was explained both in advance of, and during the appointment. Patient safety and infection control measures were well coordinated and inspired confidence. Appointment was a little shorter than usual and the teeth cleaning process was very different but no less effective.

By far the best dentist I have ever been to. From the lovely Val on reception to the hygienists, dental nurses & dentists themselves.
They offer a wide range of treatments & the surgery is very clean, modern and easily accesible.
Very professional and friendly team ...... I wouldn't use anybody else & highly recommend to anybody.
