I have been with this practice for over 20 years and have never had anything but excellent service. Mark and the team, especially Val on reception, are always friendly and courteous and do everything they can to put you at ease. An urgent appointment today dealt with swiftly, and with no fuss. An excellent practice. The cleanliness and Covid care is exemplary. Safe, spotless and sleek. I would thoroughly recommend.

I recently went to the Park Place Practice because of a pain in a large molar tooth. After an X-ray Mark diagnosed an infection. I had experienced a similar infection last year; on that occasion the problem had been resolved by cleaning and filling. Mark prescribed an immediate course of penicillin and gave me two choices - extraction or a root canal filling. He explained the pros and cons clearly, particularly that there was no guarantee of a long-term solution even if I went to the expense with a root canal. He explained the implications of removing the tooth and that was the solution I chose. The tooth has been removed and the cavity is healing well. I have been entirely satisfied with the service I have been given, particularly the sound advice given by Mark, never being put under pressure to opt for the expensive solution. I have no hesitation in recommending the Park Place Dental Practice.

I have recently finished a course of treatment of clear aligners. Having had traditional braces when I was younger I was unhappy with how my top arch had moved over time. Having explained this I was presented with some options for treatment which I decided to take up. While the treatment has taken a little longer due to a pause thanks to covid, I am still very happy that it has been completed before the end of the year. Each step of the treatment was explained clearly to me and I am very happy with the results! Thanks Park Place team!
As an aside, the measures they have taken to be 'covid secure' have been exceptional throughout my treatment.

This is our family practice. On Sunday one of my molars fell apart. I called Monday morning, got an appointment for just after lunch. Mark sorted it there and then and I walked out with a permanent fix at 14:30. All for well under £100! Very well run practice with new, really smart premises.
Covid update: Practice has full Covid protections in place but they are expertly carried out with no loss in customer welcome or friendliness. Inspections by both Mark and Vanda (hygienist) seamlessly managed in same appointment. Well done🙂
Second update - Covid restrictions now non-intrusive. Able to chat with friendly receptionist🙂!

I have always had a terrible fear of going to the dentist (as most people do) so I put off going for many, many years! About a year and a half ago I cracked one of my back teeth and I had to go... This was the first dentist I found and I was incredibly anxious about going.
This first time I went I was treated by a male dentist, and I explained my anxiety. He completely put me at ease, and it was the first time I’d had something done at the dentist and didn’t feel any discomfort!!
I had such a positive experience that I now go for my regular check ups without worrying.
I’m now seen by Rebecca Mellor who is lovely and helpful, she’s sat and talked through any concerns I have and genuinely cares about her patients and her work.
They also have the best and nicest receptionist called Val, who goes above and beyond to help!
I don’t really leave detailed reviews, or any reviews at all! But I felt this place really deserves it. 👏🏻👏🏻
