I was so worried about going to the dentist, and had thus put it off for years. I needn’t have worried, Mark was wonderful, so calm and kind. This was such a positive experience at the dentists.

Being a nervous patient with a low pain threshold, I wasn't looking forward to having a filling redone.
However my whole experience was painless, I didn't even feel the injection, Mark was so gentle. A calming experience with a lovely team of staff

Thorough and efficient
Called due to an infection of the gum related to a wisdom tooth, and got an emergency appointment for the same day. Appointment was thorough and efficient. Clear instructions of what to do going forward were given. Everyone was nice and accommodating.

Very transparent

Talked me through everything clearly
I saw Madeline today and she was really nice and welcoming. The practice felt calm, very clean, and a really comfortable environment. She talked me through everything clearly, pointed out any areas of concern, and explained the treatment plan in a way that was easy to understand. Really friendly and reassuring throughout.
