Always take time to explain
Dental staff listen. Treatment is always available if need be. Staff are knowledgeable and always take time to explain any concerns or treatments which may be needed. Reception staff are very organised and polite.

Friendly and helpful approach
The friendly and helpful approach from all of the staff - from Liam on the desk when I arrived (without an appointment), Malaak when she helped me out at short notice (when she was just about to leave for the weekend), and Alex when I left, being so helpful to get me booked back in as quickly as she could…. You were all excellent… so Thank You.

Been attending this practice for a number of years both as a private and previously NHS patient and I have to be honest and say I feel my mouth is looked after! Both the dentist and hygienist explain what is happening ... in language that is easily understood. The receptionists are all lovely and willing to help when it comes to fitting us in for appointments. No complaints, well done Plumfield.
