Wow, I have been an anxious patient for 45 years and could only have treatment with sedation. However Gerry talked me through a procedure for an extraction today without sedation and put me at ease with the option to try this. I could also stop the treatment at any point. He was patient and ensured I felt as relaxed as possible. After further discussion, I had gel placed on the area prior to 2 injections and then the tooth extracted. No pain at all, and so delighted to have had this done without sedation after so many years. Other than this, I have been a patient of the Tooth Doctor since 2008 and can not fault anything, the care and treatment etc has always been 5 star from all in the Tooth Doctor's surgery, and this is why I have continued to be a patient at this practice since I moved to Stirling in 2012. Thank you again to Gerry for today, this was a milestone for me to have treatment without sedation.

I have always been hugely impressed
I have been under the care of Gerry for nearly 7 years. During all that time, despite my acute fear of dentists, I have always been hugely impressed and reassured during and after each appointment. Care and 'compassion' is always given with even a touch of humour. Greatly appreciated.

I have been a patient at The Tooth Doctor for longer than I care to remember (admit!), and I have never had anything but first class treatment there.
My last visit was no exception. I was seen at very short notice. My problem was identified immediately. I was treated Immediately. It was pain free.

I cannot thank Gerry, my dentist, and Aimee, the dental nurse, enough for their incredible care and professionalism. I had been avoiding the dentist for years due to traumatic experiences after a car accident, and I was so nervous that I even had hypnosis to prepare myself for the visit. However, from the moment I walked into the Tooth Doctor in Carluke, both Gerry and Aimee made me feel completely at ease.
Their empathy, patience, and understanding were beyond reassuring, and I felt comfortable right from the start. Over four visits, they helped me overcome my fear, and I now feel confident and much better for it. Their expertise and attention to detail were top-notch, and the whole experience was so much smoother than I ever expected.
I would also like to give a big shoutout to the fabulous receptionists who made everything run so smoothly. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Gerry, Aimee, and the team at the Tooth Doctor to anyone, especially those feeling anxious about dental visits. Thank you all so much for everything!
