Excellent service
I recently had an urgent situation and needed an emergency appointment. Charlotte Pearce, the young lady managing the front desk, went above and beyond to help me find one at a reasonable price. She was incredibly helpful, efficient, and reassuring throughout the process.
While I was waiting at reception, I observed Charlotte handling multiple phone calls and attending to a busy queue. Despite the pressure, she remained calm, professional, and solution-focused. Not once did I hear her say, “There’s nothing we can do.” Instead, she consistently looked for ways to assist each person, showing genuine care and dedication.
Her professionalism and commitment to finding solutions truly stood out. Charlotte is a credit to her team, and I’m grateful for the excellent service she provided.

Two extractions and one temporary filling, polite, informative and most of all pain free. Felt welcome and reassured. Helpful and friendly staff. I can't say it was a pleasure, but it was much, much better than expected. It's a thumbs up from me.

My experience
Although I'm pleased with the speed and treatment I received I am upset by the way the dentist and dental nurse made me feel. The dental nurse did nothing to reassure me when I was nervous, she actually didn't even acknowledge me! The dentist told me I was his worst nightmare and at one point someone came in to get them both to sign a birthday card.
I was given no reassurance and was made to feel like an inconvenience. The dentist kept sighing and huffing and puffing.

Couldn’t have been more pleased
Saw a very lovely dentist ( Mr Rahman), checked my teeth carefully using x rays too. Explained clearly the situation and state of my teeth. Told me treatment I would need going forward. Had a very pleasant and professional manner.

My experience
Lady was nice but very unsure about how to use xray machine. Had several attempts to get mouth piece in which ended up uncomfortable. Still don't really know xray results. Didn't seem to have the usual sort of teeth inspection as over past years although she very kindly filed down a sharp edge of back tooth and filled it. In the past I have had to move my tongue all round mouth checking for anything bad but not this time.
