I would say sensational which is unusual for a dentist and practice. So nice both dentist and practice. Reassuring and thoughtful. And listened to how I felt and how I could manage as a person who has had a bad experience at another practice before which totally put me off going.

Very quick and pain free
Very polite receptionist. Didn't have to wait too long to see the dentist. Appointment was very quick and pain free. Booking back in for a replacement filling was 3 months in the future! A bit of a wait, but as not in pain, not a massive issue

Our first appointment at this dental centre and it was very pleasant experience. The Dentist and his assistant were delightful, they were attentive and very thorough. The dentist was very gentle and clearly explained the changes we need to make to our daily dental routine. The receptionist, Charlotte, was cheerful and very helpful. Together they provided a first class service and we strongly recommend this practice.

I was treated with kindness
Visit to explore the possibility of Invisalign for teeth showing slight movement, 15 years post braces. To others my teeth look fine, however, they are not as they once were. I was treated with kindness and the Dentist showed real empathy for my situation, giving advice on whitening and composite bonding to straighten the bottom of my front tooth. A great experience and a surgery I would recommend.
