I have mobility issues so very kindly they arrange for my check up downstairs. We discussed the problem with my back tooth and decided to carry on until l felt pain there. Nic to meet you again, thank you.

A filling on the front tooth
I had appointment today for a filling on the front tooth.
The Dentist Arash Mohsenzadeh did a fantastic job repairing the tooth and looks amazing.
Very friendly and polite, would recommend.

A thorough inspection
I had a review following treatment a few weeks ago to see if a couple of teeth needed any more treatment. My dentist carried out a thorough inspection and advised me of future treatment would be needed if I suffered any more pain. His explanations were very thorough. I have made a six month appointment.

My experience
Receptionist was lovely. However when in the room the dentist barely gave eye contact was just talking to me and looking at her computer screen. I wasn’t even in there 5 minutes and I was out didn’t feel like she checked my teeth properly. When I explained some things she didn’t really respond. It’s the first time I’ve felt uncomfortable, I’m nervous anyway and going to be more for my next appointment. I understand they were busy and trying to get through everyone before closing but I thought it was just a bit unprofessional. Might have just been a bad day.

This place is a gem. Reception staff are wonderfully friendly which immediately puts you at ease. I had root canal today by Dr Charalampos and he was absolutely amazing. Put me at ease immediately with his friendly demeanour, listened to my concerns as an exceptionally nervous patient and explained everything that he did during the process. Very very happy patient.
