A very warm welcome at the desk. The receptionist was so helpful and has very good people skills. The dentist is really good and had very soft hands and works with great care.

Hated dentist. Used them. Love them.

Efficient welcome on reception desk. No wait for my appointment and saw the dentist straight away. The dentist was polite and explained step by step about my filling. Very little discomfort and felt confident with the results.

The dentist we saw was very thorough and helpful in advice.

I can’t praise the practice enough now. Two appointments in the last month (either side of Christmas) and I’ve got an implant replacing an upper back tooth that needed extracting and route canal work first to get the roots and olde procedure was totally pain free because of good anaesthesia, and took about an hour, including a temporary replacement to fill the gap until the implant to do a permanent job.a month later.
This week after a completely pain free period the implant ws installed in a half hour session with no need for an anaesthetic at all. From start to finish the whole experience was in every respect excellent - very efficiently carried out. I particularly liked the reminders of the forthcoming appointments a week before and about two days before, including the offering of changing the date if necessary. The receptionists and admin staff were positive, seemed happy in their work, friendly and went the extra mile to ring me today to say I’d left my hat behind! And importantly the whole procedure with the two visits was excellent value as an NHS patient. Many thanks all round.

First appointment here and I was made to feel extremely comfortable and relaxed despite arriving very anxious. Very happy with my appointment.

I was seen on time by happy, efficient, friendly staff. This made the “dreaded visit” to the dentist a pleasant experience.
