I was seen punctually for my routine check up, however I had to make another appointment for the dentist to carry out a clean and descaling procedure, that was supposed to be done at this visit, which we had agreed at my last visit. No problem, just a bit of a nuisance.

Charlotte is always helpful and cheerful on reception. It was the first time I had met Arash, the dentist, he was very friendly but professional too. All round a very good experience.

My experience
I booked an air flow cleaning but the appointment time was changed without me being called. I was just sent a text and email saying my appointment was at a different time to what I booked.
I unfortunately arrived 20 minutes late and missed my appointment because google maps took me in the wrong direction when I used the address sent on the email.
My appointment was rebooked, I came early but was not taken in until 25 minutes after the time my appointment was booked. I was then asked if I could come for a check up and when I said I booked a clean, I was told there wasn't time and I should rebook. I have decided I will not be rebooking ever.

After a long period when it was almost impossible to get an appointment, Carterton Dental are finally back in action. I've been with them for over 20 years and seen a fair few dentists come and go. I'm very happy to be treated there and the dentist I see seems lovely.
I'm a phobic patient needing a fair amount of work but they are always kind and do their best to keep me happy!
