The dentist was friendly but a slight language barrier made it hard to explain my issues. The dental nurse/assistant however was quite rude and unprofessional. The receptionist was also not very welcoming or supportive.

Worth every penny
New hygienist at the practice and she is amazing. Loads of positive tips to ensure your mouth stays healthy. Very thorough with the cleaning and not painful (previous hygienists were not as careful). Worth every penny.

My experience
My third appointment to have the same treatment, which has failed the first two times, was a bit erratic and the actual dentist I saw didn’t inspire me with confidence that he fully understood what had happened the previous two times. So I have elected to have yet another appointment with the same dentist who carried out the procedure the first two times and hopefully we can resolve this problem.
