I attended my first visit to the dental practice where I found was a delight one from the friendly receptionist and the dentist who my appointment was with were both so very polite and friendly, apologised immediately as they were having technical updates and said I may have to wait but this wasn't very long.
They also managed to change my appointment after I should have attended on another date but due to my little boy being unwell they kindly fitted me in to another appointment to suit.
I am very pleased with the service & staff.

I’ve not always had the best experience with this practice and have been a patient since Bernadette owned the practice. For some time it looked so run down and appointments were continually being cancelled. However, my last few visits have been faultless. The practice has improved hugely and all the staff are so welcoming. So nice to see how much nicer it is now - back to Bernadette’s standards!

Today was great but we have had our last 5 appointments for me and kids cancelled at last minute which was v v frustrating. Dentist today was helpful and thorough. Would have liked reminder text.
