A wonderful dental practice
Jay is my dentist and I am so very pleased with what he has done to my teeth. A complete tooth replacement and crafted 2 fillings on a chip on both of my front teeth. It all looks amazing, I feel extremely fortunate to have such a wonderful dental practice.

With what pain I arrived at them in the morning, I was afraid even more when I think about it, I honestly did not expect to be received on the same day, usually it took several days to be scheduled for consultation and intervention, to my surprise today I was received on the same day for the consultation and treatment received, Thousands of thanks to all the staff, who listened to me and helped me with a word, I am very grateful for their reception and understanding. I highly recommend Carterton Dental Practice, they are the best team.

My experience
Dental emergency as my tooth has cracked. First appointment was canceled last week, was rebooked only to arrive and the dentist said I’ve been booked with a private dentist and he would charge me around £250+ to fix my tooth instead of the standard NHS prices. I found the experience extremely unprofessional, I was not offered NHS treatment for wasting my time and booking time off work for my appointment. Very dismissive no alternatives offered for the inconvenience. I was then offered an appointment for September when I have a broken tooth and I’ve already had two appointments messed up. Extremely disappointed and disheartened in the service.

Very happy with the outcome
Arrived with severe pain and a very loose tooth, after an x-ray it was decision to go ahead with an extraction. The numbing injections were painful, but I didn't feel the extraction. Very happy with the outcome otherwise was advised it would be a week of antibiotics and then have it removed!

Helpful and good advice
At 90 years old I need my 4-wheel walker to help me along, so I was very pleased when your receptionist spotted me and opened the door to let me into your very smart reception area. I was also pleased that I had been allocated a room downstairs for my examination. There I met the charming Arefeh who after examining my teeth gave me good advice on maintaining the health of my 4 remaining teeth!
It was a very pleasant experience and I look forward to seeing you all again next February.
