Very quick, completely painless
I was nervous coming in for a filling but the dentist was very reassuring and let me have a small injection even when it wasn’t needed. It was very quick, completely painless and both the dentist and dental nurse were friendly by keeping conversation going.

My experience
Dentist is good and always get a through check up, down side is very hard to get through to reception and when you do the service isn’t good. Multiple times I have had my appointment cancelled with a text saying someone will call me to reschedule and that has never happened, service always starts with the first point of call which is the reception team and they fail.

Tooth filling
The filling was a tricky one on a middle tooth. Arash, the first dentist, did a good job. It was checked by a second more experienced dentist who also took over and put a temporary filling on my very back tooth which was badly broken. Both did a good job. Happy with the treatment today.
Comment: Arash The first dentist wanted to put his dental equipment on my chest and I declined. It’s not appropriate. He removed his equipment.
During the first filling he got annoyed as I must have turned my head away from him. He grabbed my face and turned it towards him. While I understand his reason all he had to do was communicate please turn to face me. Relax your tongue etc. I do my best to comply.
The treatment was good today after 3 frustrating cancellations.

Excellent service, all staff very friendly, and the dentist has been very efficient and friendly. Had a cap refit today which was matched well and painless. I would definitely recommend.
My only criticisms are there have been a lot of dentist changes over the last year and often a bit of a wait for appointments, but they have always been polite and accommodating as much as they can. hopefully as the changes settle this side will improve.
