Excellent service at Carterton Dental

My dentist Arash Mohsenzadeh, was excellent. Totally professional, very informative about prognosis and treatment options. All staff from reception, nurse and additional dentist were all excellent.

Continual cancellation of appointments

In the last year or so, not one of my original appointments have been kept by the surgery. As an NHS patient when the appointments were cancelled due to not enough staff etc. the surgery still managed to offer a quick replacement appointment if I paid as a private patient.

Amazingly patient with me

Harry was amazingly patient with me as I explained that I was terrified of the Dentist. He and the Dental Nurse were extremely kind. He cleaned my teeth a little bit but was so gentle. It was the least hurtful experience at the Dentist that I have ever had. I hope he stays at the clinic.

Very pleasant experience

From the moment you walk in every member of staff you interact with is extremely pleasant , helpful and friendly. Really lovely and professional staff well done.

Great dental practice

Very helpful, put me at ease. Had a I had a trainee dentist, assisted by a dentist, it was all very professional, and given plenty of good advice, great customer care.

I found everyone at the surgery, friendly, polite, and respectful, the dentist was very thorough in his examination and explained what he will be doing for my treatment I would highly recommend this practice. ( if you are able to get an appointment)!

Very understanding of my fear

The Dentist and his Dental Nurse were very understanding of my fear of Dentists! He took such care and did not hurt me when doing the cleaning. Brilliant. Please stay at the Carterton Practice.

Just finished my treatment with my dentist Nahid, I can’t praise him enough, he is the absolute best. He talks you through everything and he is so thorough, his work is fantastic.

Nahid is an absolute credit to the practice.
