Lovely Dentist.
I had to have an emergency appointment today and Joao was great. Very friendly, explained the issue and really made me feel at ease. I know there have been alot of issues at the surgery recently but i have no complaints about my recent visit.

No complaints, the dentist today was a lady called Ari, she was very professional and thorough. She was so informative and I really felt at ease with her.
The only complaint I do have is that I had to wait so long for an appointment, my appointments have been cancelled several times and when I went today there were lots of staff but no patients which is odd considering there are no appointments ever available.
I couldn't fault the service today though and everyone was lovely.

Short notice change due to a cancellation. Reception & the new dentist were both friendly & professional. Thorough check-up with a comprehensive feedback on the status of each tooth. Very informative.

Dental check-up
I went for a check-up under a new dentist who asked a lot of questions and she made me feel at ease. She understood my phobia and talked me through all that she was going to do I was very happy with the approach and treatment.

Honest Feedback
The dentist was good at listening to my medical conditions and how they impact my oral wellbeing but he was a bit rough at times when doing the physical check up. The dental nurse and receptionist were very friendly and kind. My sons dentist Joao was incredible also. Definitely recommend him for children.
