Gentle and considerate
I have been at this dentist many years and due to my previous dentist (who’s now left) made me very anxious about getting any work done.
I had a check up probably about a month or so ago with Jay, (not sure on spelling) and he made me and my children feel so at ease.
Today I needed to have work done it was a 50 min appointment, surprised it was on time as usually there’s a bit of a wait, and he was so gentle and considerate of my feelings and I managed to have all the necessary work done with no pain which was my biggest anxiety.
So I really hope he stays at the Carterton dentist because he is an asset to the company!

So good to see a dentist again
I met 3 members of staff; the receptionist, dental assistant and dentist. They were all very courteous and welcoming. Arefeh introduced herself, explained everything very clearly and made sure I understood. I left the practice with a smile on my face.

A long wait, but excellent care
My appointment had been cancelled here 7 times. Whilst it was upsetting and stressful to have it keep being cancelled, I can’t fault the reception team for always trying to come up with a solution and being very apologetic. Joao was excellent, and worth the wait. He was patient and very caring and made the whole process of a tooth extraction more bearable. It’s clearly not the surgery’s fault they are understaffed, and it’s a shame that the excellent service can be overlooked by the lack of dentists.
