Impression
Very impressed with the dentist that I saw today. He was very knowledgable and I am hoping that he solved my problem without it costing me a lot of money. Very clear in his explanation of the problem and the ways it could be solved. There was no pressure as to which solution I chose.

Check up appointment
Lady on reception was friendly. Was invited into see the dentist (a dentist I had not met previously) by the dental nurse who said hello and asked how I was. The dentist said hello and asked me about my history. He had a very good manner, asked it it was ok to move the chair, if he could examine me. He was talkative throughout and asked if I would like an x-ray, making it absolutely clear that it was my choice. I went with his recommendation. He took time to answer my questions and explained further by offering me a hand mirror and showing me exactly where a potential problem was. Overall, it was a very good experience.

My visit to the dentist was good. I was very nervous but the dentist and her assistant made me feel more relaxed. I am returning April to see the hygienist and May to see another dentist for some work to be done. I feel a lot happier about returning for the work to be done.
