Reception was engaging and friendly to welcome us. Communication was fabulous. First time seeing the dentist and he was phenomenal. My daughter is being assessed for special needs and was scared to go. The dentist unaware of this introduced himself and let her know everything that was going to happen. He really put her at ease. My two year old is very shy of new people especially men but she even allowed him to see her teeth. The general care, communication, lack of judgement and cleanliness of the practice has massively improved since my last visit. I now feel confident in them and happy to recommend. I really hope the dentist stays as he is amazing

It was explained clearly about trainees being present, they all did a great job, everyone was pleasant to me and made me feel at ease.

My experience
Hygienist is excellent. However, since 2020, my family’s dentist appointments have been cancelled too many times and rescheduled, only to be cancelled again, so the deposit payment taken for the next visit is highly unfair, and this needs to be reviewed. That deposit is acceptable only if the service is provided on time. My daughter is twelve, and hasn’t seen the dentist for a while.
