Took my little boy for some treatment and i was petrified thinking he would be in pain and it would be a stressful experience as a parent. However i cant praise Ali and Megan enough they werw brilliant with my little boy with Ali constantly reassuring him. He was so chilled and relaxed. Thankyou again

Ali was amazing. Very friendly, great with his patients. Can’t thank him enough.
One star was lost not because of Ali, but the poor contacts via text. They don’t tell you when your appointment is cancelled, they send you a text with your original time followed straight after (the same minute) with another text with the time two hours earlier. I spent ten minutes being number 1 in the telephone queue. I phoned head office to see if they could contact Carterton. They gave me reassurance they would and would let me know what time our actual appointment was, but no contact made at all.
Very disorganised.

The dentist was not at all great, just blows air round your teeth and that's it. No gum health check, no scraping or cleaning. Nothing and it was exactly the same last time I saw her. I know its nhs but you should still receive a thorough check up. Not satisfied at all
