Filling
The dentist explained all my options, and gave me the choice of choosing which treatment to have, after explaining the pros and cons of each treatment. Both the dentist and his assistant were friendly and professional, and overall the appointment was excellent.

Understanding of my anxiety
I'm a very nervous patient and was anxious about my hygienist visit as my usual lady has left the practice. I was immediately put at ease and offered a numbing agent and a manual de-scale. The new hygienist was extremely patient and understanding of my anxiety.

Made me feel at ease
Change of dentist for nhs patient, very polite, listened to what I had to say, discussed my options with me rather than ignoring them and telling me what they were going to do which they did in the past. All in all a very good visit for me as I don’t really like the dentist, really made me feel at ease. Have to have another appointment and am not fearing going back

A natural with the kids
Everyone I saw today was so so lovely and friendly. From the lady on reception to Joao the dentist and his assistant. My daughter wasn’t too keen on going to the dentist and the last visit with a different dentist was a disaster. But Joao was a natural with the kids and spoke to her so kindly and fun and she followed everything he said and let him check her mouth without any fuss at all. His assistant was also really lovely and chatty, they both really helped put the kids at ease which made a huge difference and it seemed so natural to them. Cannot sing their praises highly enough, thank you!
