Dentist and staff were all polite and helpful. Dentist talked me through all he was doing and gave me the decision on my final treatment due to the choices he explained to me. Excellent treatment.

Friendly welcome at reception. Dentist was very thorough, took the time to explain my X-ray results and agreed on a plan for the next 12 months. On leaving, I was able to pay & arrange the next appointment (dentist & hygienist) with no hassle.

Sadly, the only things that stood out are negative in that I had to wait for 45 minutes for my appointment and was only seen when I asked why I was waiting so long. My hygienist appointments usually last 45 minutes but I had what felt like a cursory check lasting 15 minutes. This practice has sadly become very disappointing since being taken over by Rodericks.
