The staff were attentive
From when we arrived until we left, the staff were attentive, the dentist and his assistant were wonderful with my mum. All in all a very nice experience as far as can be with dentists.

So patient with me
The dentist was so patient with me considering I am autistic and the whole experience is usually very stressful for me. He explained everything he was doing and why, which worked perfectly for me and made for a much calmer experience.

Treated with professional consideration
My wife who suffers from Parkinson’s disease and dementia was treated with professional consideration and respect, which helped the appointment go better than I expected it to. Thank you so much.

Best dentist I've ever been to
My new dentist (Jay I think ) is absolutely the best dentist I've ever been to ! So professional, talented, gentle and friendly. A total asset to the practice. The updated decor looks good and the receptionist and dental nurse were very helpful booking my next appointment to suit me. I'm so lucky to be a patient there.

I can’t recommend enough
Excellent friendly receptionist and then the ‘new’ dentist Jay. I have seen various dentists at this practice, it is all good. Then I saw Victoria who was absolutely lovely but is now on maternity leave. Today I saw Jay, what a lovely lovely man and what a HUGE difference to the practice. He was professional, kind, friendly and thorough, PLUS he listened. He tells me he is at the practice permanently which is a real treat. I can’t recommend enough, it’s not often I come away from a dentist smiling!

Visit to the hygienist
This was my third visit to the hygienist. I think she’s marvellous. She cleans my teeth by hand because the water pick only has cold water in and my teeth are too sensitive for that so she can’t use it. I feel that if you’re going to charge £83, an upgrade to a machine that was more versatile would be in order. I’m very grateful to her that she takes the care and trouble she does.
