My experience
Waited almost 30 minutes past my appointment time before being seen. Just a little sorry we’re running a bit behind with a rough wait time would help as I wasn’t sure how long I’d be sat there waiting.
Glad though to have finally got my filling sorted as this was booked in to happen last month. Hopefully I won’t get as many appointments cancelled from now on. I have had quite a few cancelled of late and was on the brink of looking to change practice.
Great service today other than that. Staff really friendly.

Very friendly and efficient
Good to see a Dentist after so long and a number of cancelled appointments.
The Dentist and staff were very friendly and efficient. I am hard of hearing and the Dentist ensured that I fully understood the proposed course of treatment.

Slight wait but thats due to being so busy. The staff are very friendly and know their job well. One thing would recommend is that when I was sat in the waiting room, people find this need to tell total strangers their whole medical history. Like anyone is interested ? Maybe put up a sign saying not to discuss their history

Knowledgeable and communicate well
Receptionists positive greeting and both dentist and assistant friendly, knowledgeable and communicate well. I appreciate how I was handled on the phone when I made the appointment and my next appointment has been made before leaving. Again efficiently and with text message already sent.
