Years ago I had a bad experience with a dentist and it made me petrified to go see another. But needs must and the new dentist I saw today was brilliant. She seemed to appreciate I was scared and was very gentle and her assistant was also very calming. Recommend this practice to anyone.

Great dentist - terrible admin\management
We've always found the dentist to be great but the administrative\management of bookings and appointments is terrible. We've had numerous texts saying our hygienist appointment is due even though we recently saw one and had our next one booked or dental appointments cancelled when phoning find we were switched to a different dentist we've never had before. I suspect they're using an external business to manage appointments or moving NHS appointments to benefit private ones.
