Had a broken crown and Caterham Dental agreed an emergency appt the next day, which was Christmas Eve. Managed to fill the crown to make a good repair until the dental labs opened again in the New Year. I was extremely grateful.

My emergency appointment experience
I was fitted in for an emergency appointment very quickly. I was examined thoroughly and prescribed antibiotics to treat an infection, which I am taking and the swelling is starting to subside.

As always, the girls on reception are lovely and so helpful. It was empty when I got there but as time went on the waiting room got extremely full so much so that people were standing, never seen that before.

The procedure was clearly explained
My visit involved an extraction. The procedure was clearly explained to me. My dentist used a numbing product before injecting the anaesthetic. To be honest I was a bit sceptical but I didn't feel anything.
