Understanding of the fear factors
As someone very nervous around dentistry I am now confident to recommend this practice without hesitation. All the staff, from the receptionists to the practitioners, are caring and understanding of the fear factors, explaining everything as they go and making you feel relaxed. In particular I have seen Michelle for fillings and Nicola for hygienist treatment and both of them put me at ease. Highly recommend, also their fees are very competitive within the area.
