I recently had my 6-monthly check-up at Caterham Dental, in the course of which Dr Patel noticed that one of my older fillings may be getting to the point that further intervention is required. He took a detailed image of the tooth, confirmed that it was not currently causing me trouble and suggested that it would be examined at my next check-up in 6 months time. At that point it could be determined if further deterioration had taken place and if further treatment is therefore required. I found this to be entirely consistent with the level of care and attention I have received from Dr Patel over many years; action where it is required (with treatment options as appropriate) and detailed surveillance at six-monthly intervals. I feel very involved in my dental care and have complete confidence in accepting Dr Patel's advice on any intervention necessary for my dental fitness.

Received treatment to have two very old fillings removed as there was sign of decay, and replaced with new white fillings. Really pleased with the result and no pain at all.
