Caterham Dental Care is the most wonderful dentists. It is such a nice, bright, airy, clean, modern environment but the best bit are the staff who are all lovely. They are all polite, kind and welcoming which takes some of the stress out of a previously feared experience. Then we walk into Schillane Patel's surgery and any other concerns melt away. He is just so nice and calm. He always takes the time to explain things and inspires confidence as a result. There is no one I would recommend higher. We feel so lucky to have him as our dentist.

Quick appointment, first class service and top dental care. Follow up treatment plan was emailed within 4 hours and all very clear.

I visited on 23rd May for a veneer appointment. Consultation was professional as always and led to a renewed plan of treatment which hopefully will be very satisfactory. Staff are all friendly and helpful.

Not sure which appointment this relates to.
Hygienist visit - Since I changed to this professional, a while ago, it is a much more comfortable experience, not such a painful experience as previous visits proved to be. I have confidence that the hygienist is giving me the best treatment possible, giving good advice, while caring for my teeth.
Dentist visit - a private consultation now. As always, it is good to have confidence in a professional. I am also grateful that my dentist is always willing to listen to any problems I may be having, and that he is able to take time to explain thoroughly and clearly, all I need to know.
In both cases, it is not so good when prices for the service continue to go skywards, as a senior citizen, money does not come in as fast as it used to, and I have yet to find a crock of gold at the end of my garden!
This feedback is not suitable regarding cost because you have not specified which visit I made, and I made two, on same day - one after the other - one private for dentist, nhs for hygienist. I cannot answer on tick box selection re payment!!!

Dental work is outstanding. Trying to see my dentist more difficult than expected. Normally if a problem I get very prompt appointment. This time I got one on the second try. Not so good.

I have been a patient at Caterham Dental Care for many years and I am very pleased with the service they provide. It is very evident that the dental practitioners have the highest training. The care you receive is excellent and the practitioners take the time to explain any treatment needed very carefully. The theme of care is evident everywhere. You are made to feel welcome. The surgery facilities are excellent. I would highly recommend this dental practice to everyone.
