Brians dental care experience today was really good as always, thank you.
However we had not been informed of the £100 fee for the implant evaluation that was performed, we believed it to be a free marketing opportunity.
Very disappointed, please make all costs clear in future.

Our implantologist has limited availability so unfortunately we are not able to offer this service for free.
Hygienist appointment
I was very reluctant to visit a hygienist due to an unfortunate experience in the past. However after explaining this and my concerns I had a completely different experience today which restored my faith in the procedure.

Fantastic service
Due to a number of unavoidable health issues and circumstances I hadn't been to the Dentist in a long time. As a nervous patient I was very apprehensive about my appointment. My Dentist, Issy, was understanding and calm. The Receptionist, sorry I don't remember her name, was welcoming and arranged for my appointment to be on the ground floor as I was using a crutch. Fantastic Customer Service.

Anybody looking for an amazing dental practice should look no further.
I used to have a real dental phobia having been through so much painful treatments over the years. I can honestly say that having a crown procedure with Dr Patel today was amazing. He was so kind and gentle explaining everything in a friendly professional way through each procedure and absolutely no discomfort or pain at all.
I completely recommend this practice.

I cannot recommend Caterham Dental Care highly enough! I've been with them for years for check ups but have recently had toothache - I emailed them at 16:20 asking about cancellations to bring my appointment forward and they emailed back within minutes to say they could see me at 2pm the next day! Amazing service, lovely staff - cannot fault it.

Saw the dental hygienist then the dentist.
Both were very good, asked some questions before proceeding with the cleaning and examination.
Allowed me time to ask any questions and both were very clear about what they did and what would happen next.
