Excellent service

I received excellent service from the moment I arrived and was welcomed by the receptionist. Dr Shilane Patel kept me fully informed of my treatment and the follow up needed. Booking the follow up appointments was very simple followed by emails confirming my future treatment and appointments.

His work is faultless & extremely professional, leaving me confident & very happy. Shil is so friendly & welcoming; as are the lovely ladies on the desk & all the dental assistants. I have been a patient at the practice for 12 years & am always happy with the service.

I cannot recommend Caterham Dental Care enough - they do what is required & no more, not pushing for unnecessary treatment like the majority of dentists I have come across are. My friend had exactly the same feedback after being suggested extensive treatment for 1000's that this practice clearly said was not required. Beyond this, the level of dental care is extremely good & they fixed a long standing issue I had (teeth removed - required an implant). All the staff are professional & the classic waiting time at the dentist is kept to a minimum. All in all extremely happy with them.

My appointment was on time the receptionists were very helpful and friendly, the dentist was very professional and helped me to choose a procedure that would be of benefit to me, I was so happy with the help he gave me in explaining everything that was to be done, everything first class.

I am a very nervous patient and I can highly recommend this practice (Dr Kush Raval in particular). The time taken to explain everything and discuss options with you is fantastic. I have been going here for many years and the whole team here are amazing. I would recommend them to anyone for the high quality care that is provided. I had a tooth extraction at short notice and felt comfortable and confident throughout - not something I thought I would ever say! Thanks so much!

Very caring

I've been attending Caterham Dental Care for a while and I have always found the treatment by the Team to be good and Im always satisfied with the service. With my recent visit the dentist and the nurse were very caring and really look after me.
