I had always found my visits to Katie extremely satisfactory so was a little apprehensive about a new person. However, I was delighted to find Kiru very efficient, deft and caring in her manner. She asked me various questions related to my normal cleaning routine and products used. She suggested a use a slightly thicker Te Pe (green) for the slightly wider gaps between some teach, showing me which ones in a mirror, to supplement the orange ones for my more tightly packed teeth. All in all I felt extremely comfortable with Kiru and look forward to seeing her again in 4 months.

I had significant work done by Pavan at Byways over the past two years. He has always been kind, efficient & reassuring while treatments have been carried out. His work has been great and he has transformed the state of my teeth which had a lot of really old fillings & a broken crown.

The 1 hour with the hygeinist was pure torture. I had a zillion injections and my mouth was numb for hours afterwards, yet I still felt uncomfortable throughout. The lady was uber professional and told me it was my fault for not going to a dentist before, for years. She's not wrong. However with the prices charged I had to literally go without food in order to be able to sort my teeth. I bought the toot brush that was recommeded and the cleany bits too. Cost a fortune, but I can feel the teeth have benefitted.
My filling today was dealt with professionally too. Felt dizzy and sick immediately after the initial injection but then that subsided. The 1/2 hour I was in the chair cost me another £125 which, to me is three times what I used to pay in Suffolk. Very expensive. Still got another filling to have yet so a few more days of little / no food, in order to see a dentist. I totally understand why millions of people simply suffer in pain and don't go. It's simply unaffordable.
I was punctual both times and always had to wait an extra 15 - 20 minutes.
Looking forward to my next open wallet surgery in a few weeks!!

Fantastic communication from all staff I met. There was a problem with road works and this was clearly reported to us the day before. I had to unexpectedly cancel an appointment and the staff could not have been more accommodating. Reception was friendly and efficient and both the dentist and hygienist were thorough , efficient and charming.

Fantastic practice. From start to finish. I had a bad infected tooth over the bank holiday weekend and huge efforts were made to fit me in for an emergency examination. The pocedure a few days later was painless and pleasant. Pavan the dentist was amazing thank you again to yourself and your assistant. Receptionists are lovely too very friendly and informative.

Like many I am a very nervous patient when it comes to the dentist. This time I also had to have a tooth pulled out and when I found out about my treatment plan there was only one place I would go and that is Byways even though it takes 3 hours for me to get there. Pavan, Amita and the staff at the clinic are very patient and reassuring. Sabina who had the unfortunate luck of having me as a patient was also very patient and talked me through every bit of the procedure.

I have been a patient of Amita for over 12 years.
I am very nervous and anxious about any treatment but Amita has been excellent at keeping me calm. I have had lots of treatment with caps, bridges and veneers over a period of 2 years. It took me 2 years to decide what treatment to have but my existing crowns and veneers were crumbling as they were 20 years old. I am absolutely delighted with the result. I will only go to see Amita as I have every confidence in her. She is very professional but also friendly and approachable.
