Best hygienist I’ve ever seen
As an extremely nervous patient I was dreading my hygienist appointment but Katie Rowland was marvellous!
She was patient and kind and didn’t rush the appointment.
I shall be more relaxed when I see her next.

I've been seeing Kiru since she first started at Byways. These appointments have always been pleasant experiences. She is an easy person to communicate with explaining what she's doing as she goes along. She also freely answers any questions I may have, so I leave feeling very content - and my next appointments happily booked.

Anita and her team have looked after my teeth, gums and all things in mouth for some years now and they are always gentle and so caring, explaining everything so clearly. The visit to my hygienist is like a facial for my teeth. The booking service and reminder make it so easy not to miss an appointment.

Always find all staff very friendly and helpful.
As a wheelchair user, they are very helpful and accommodating.
When I’ve needed emergency treatment they have been prompt and efficient.
