Twice in the last 2 weeks I have rung with toothache and have been fitted in on the day. I was given a next day appointment for an extraction which so far has gone well. I am very pleased to leave a glowing review for Byways, Amita and Sue, receptionist, who seemed to go way above to help me, plus all the other staff I have encountered. All treatment I have had since I joined Byways back in 1975 has been fantastic and I have absolutely no reservations about continuing to be a patient with them.

Emergency extraction
Lauren very kindly carried out an emergency extraction for me yesterday. She is a bright, cheerful and upbeat dentist who made me feel so comfortable. The problem tooth was out in seconds and I could not have been better cared for. Thanks also to Sam, Lauren's nurse, who looked after me beautifully explaining what was happening all the time.

Routine 3mth hygienist and 6mth dental checks
The hygienist appt went as well a usual with Kiru who is very gentle. She makes helpful, informative comments/suggestions where necessary and is very aware of my sensitive teeth.
My appt with Pavan again was constructive - he's an excellent communicator - always providing confidence-while updating suggestions for any future treatment. All Byways staff aim to make dental visits comfortable and less stressful experiences, for which I am hugely grateful.

Gentle and reassuring
My small filling went very well, had an injection which I hardly felt because I hate the nerve pain without the injection, Pavan is very gentle and reassuring.

Each time I attend at the Dental Surgery the staff are always friendly, smiling, kind and willing to help. Fortunately, I have only had to attend for 6-monthly checks for last 2-3 years and this is most probably down to the treatment I receive. I rarely seem to have to wait long past allocated appointment time.

I saw Lauren for a check up and clean and polish. She was excellent. Professional and extremely thorough and yet friendly and warm. It doesn’t matter who looks after one in this practice; the treatment is always first class.

I was very happy with treatment I received from Lauren. She was very kind and helpful in accommodating my physical needs to make sure I was comfortable
