2 Teeth Extractions
Advised to have 2 back molars removed in preparation for implants. Both teeth had old root canal work and were harbouring bacteria that could ultimately lead to infection/complications. Byways Dental practice was excellent with their advice and service and I eventually decided to go ahead with their treatment plan.

Having had an irrational fear of dentists from a young age and as a result neglected my teeth, it took a weekend in agony from toothache to finally pluck up the courage to seek a dentist. From the first moment I spoke with Sue, the amazing Receptionist I knew I had found the right dentist practice. The dentist herself and her dental nurse could not have been more reassuring, gentle and kind. Never once rushing, or judging me, only offering clear advice and encouragement. I have struck lucky with this dental practice. Absolutely superb service. I cannot fault them.

Went very smoothly
I attended to have a crown replaced and a small filling repaired.
Whilst Amita was running a few minutes late she was very apologetic so I really did not mind.
The 2 planned procedures went without any issues and everything went very smoothly.

Everything was efficient
I am happy with my dental treatment. The surgery is pleasant and the practitioner was punctual. Everything was efficient and wasn’t overpriced.

Incredibly patient and considerate
Amita and the dental nurse were both incredibly patient and considerate, understanding my irrational fear of the dentists. It’s a really friendly atmosphere in the practice and not the cold clinical experience I was accustomed to in my youth. Thank you for looking after me.
