I took my daughter for her very first dental appointment at Byways Dental Practice and we were both made to feel very welcome and at ease. The staff were very friendly & helpful & made my daughter's experience of going to the dentist very enjoyable.

Such a caring team
As ever, my most recent experience at Byways was a completely Happy one, from the welcome by the reception staff to the Nurses and Dentists and Vicky, the hygienist I see. Over my several visits during the last few months, this routine one was no exception. Vicky welcomes with a smile - is always professional and makes helpful suggestions if and when advice is asked for. I always come out of the surgery feeling relieved and reflecting how lucky I am to have such a caring team looking after both my teeth and more recently my welfare!

All the staff at the practice, from the amazing dentists to the front of house, are so kind, respectful and friendly! A really welcoming and calm atmosphere! I’m a nervous patient, and I always feel that the dentists are gentle and make sure I’m ready for any procedure before starting etc.

Having had a really horrible experience at a previous dental surgery, along with having a phobia of dentists in general, I attended Byways Dental Practice this afternoon (my first dental appointment in 5 years) and was blown away by how lovely, caring and brilliant they were. Amita and her assistant, who I really wish I could remember the name of, were lovely and really put me at ease. Amita was gentle and kind and listened to my concerns and I came away feeling so relieved. I also have to thank Sue and the reception staff at Byways who were equally as fantastic. I am now booked in for a root canal and for once I’m not afraid.
Would highly recommend!
