Former employee of Byways Dental Practice, after working with the Byways team for just over two years in a little rural dental practice was the best experience I could have asked for, kind, friendly owners and management, great overall great company to work for, would have continued employment however my circumstances changed at home needing me to be at home more.

Hygienist

The new hygienist was excellent.
Her use of the mechanical cleaner was almost pleasant.
In my previous hygienist (with different hygienist) appointment it was far from pleasant!

Great to be valued as a client - after one of their staff was off sick Byways fitted me in with another member of staff within 2 days. Great service to keep flexibility in their schedules to be able to deal with the unexpected and a pleasure to meet another member of their team.

I started my Invisalign treatment with Amita in December 2020 and it lasted for around 15 months. I was extremely well looked after throughout and no discomfort at any time during it. I’m absolutely thrilled with the results and wish I’d done it years ago. I’m 69 but it’s has made me look younger or so I’m told. All I know is I’m happy to smile far more than I used to! Thanks so much guys!

Hygienist appointment

I honestly did not recognise my teeth when I came home, all stains and plaque were gone, my very old fillings were no longer noticeable and as a result I feel much more confident.
I also would like to say that Sue your new receptionist is an asset to your team, she allayed my anxiety prior to treatment.

The most amazing hygienist

Amita was fabulous as always and I had the best ever visit to a hygienist. Vicky was simply outstanding. The most amazing hygienist I have ever seen and I have seen a few in my time!!
