Very enjoyable appointment
A very enjoyable appointment. The staff were friendly yet totally professional. The setting was like home from home! Didn't feel at all like a dental clinic; more like someone's lounge, very cosy. And the receptionists allowed me to wait inside for my cab even though my appointment was finished. Very relaxed atmosphere. The actual appointment with the dentist was as UNtraumatic as one can imagine. Made me feel comfortable. In all a very enjoyable experience.

Took my 9 month old baby for his first check up today & they were absolutely wonderful! The secretarial ladies were really pleasant & welcoming!
I was late (because baby brain is a real problem) but, the dentist completely understood & still saw us! She looked at his teeth & gave me some advice on brushing & building good habits & let me ask the questions I needed to. Can't recommend this practice enough! Booked in for his 6months check whilst I was there, because when you find a good dentist it's well w keeping them.

Wonderful care
I would just like to put in writing my sincere thanks to all the team at Byways for the wonderful care I received yesterday when having my extraction. Everything went so smoothly and Mr. Kotli was most kind and reassuring throughout as were his attendants.
Everything post-op is going smoothly. Naturally I have had paracetamol but also had a full night’ sleep without waking to only mild discomfort. I am now following your excellent instructions today and will do so until full recovery.
