Hygiene visit
I attended a routine visit with dental hygienist Victoria. The appointment was on time and lasted about 30 minutes, cleaning was thorough and pain free. Victoria is very efficient at her job and has a warm welcoming personality so I highly recommend her. The receptionist was also very pleasant when checking me in (sorry I don't know her name),

Very reassuring
This was a final fitting for a new denture that replaced the original one. I was naturally apprehensive about how it would feel rather than any other aspect, as I have very sensitive teeth and recurring gum inflammations. As usual, Pav was very reassuring - taking time to explain the best insertion method - going through the process several times, assuring me I would find the best way of achieving this through practice. He wants to see me again in 2 weeks to assess progress. I think I'm winning!

Emergency appointment
I was given an emergency appointment to suit me. I received a kind and courteous greeting on arrival and did not have to wait to be seen. This is a very professional practice and the care and attention I received was second to none. I cannot praise all those concerned highly enough. My teeth are a cause for concern but I know I am in good hands at this practice.

Seen on same day
Seen on same day regarding my toothache. However, next appointment was scheduled for 5 days later which in the end was not sustainable as I was in a lot of pain. Ended up going for emergency elsewhere.

Appointment made same day I needed to see a dentist as I was having some pain.
Reception staff very efficient and friendly. Saw Amita who was as friendly and helpful as always, and checked the problem area. NAD and all very reassuring, with offer of further help and advice if needed. Thanks!
