Recent appointment
I did not know I was seeing a different hygienist beforehand and it would have been nice to know. I initially found the descaling/cleaning very uncomfortable, to the extent I felt I would have to leave, but the hygienist continued the treatment by hand, which was much better and has said she will make note on my records to descale and clean by hand in future.
