Childrens first check up

I took my children for their first proper check up and Anita couldn't have been better. I've had treatment for me as well and everyone I've seen has been lovely and professional.

Dental appointment

Only point of contention is new policy of requiring money in advance for next appointment. A business practice to which I highly object.

We have had to change our policy regarding advanced payments, just in the month of February this year we had 12 missed appointments which could have been offered to our dental emergencies, after implementing advanced payments this has dramatically fallen, please note these payments are not for all appointments, please ask reception for details

No pressure, friendly practice

I saw Pavan for a check-up and the hygienist Vicky. Both were friendly and reassuring. The facilities are clean and new and the general atmosphere is calm and relaxed.

Attended following a crown cap coming off that had been fitted a year before. Cap came off just before a week's holiday abroad, on the Saturday before heading off on the Monday. I booked a visit for the Wednesday of my return from holiday when the cap was stuck back on.
