Always cheerful and helps me relax

As usual, a quality clean from the hygienist followed by routine examination by dentist. The dentist is always able to discuss any concerns I have and give advice when necessary. She is very cheerful and helps me relax!

I and my children have been using this dental surgery for decades. With a recent change of management I wondered what changes to service there might be. They still have the same friendly and helpful staff, provide great service and have added some new tech that provides greater transparency and clarity around what’s being done in your mouth. What’s not to like.

Cannot praise highly enough

I had two emergency treatments in a four day period. I had no difficulty getting appointments and my treatment was of the highest order. Both the dentists I saw treated me conscientiously and with courtesy. The receptionists too were kind and courteous. I cannot praise the way I was treated highly enough.

Excellent service at Byways Dental Practice

Excellent service. I was seen in a couple of days from crown coming loose because of large cavity underneath. Referred by Pavan to Raman as it was a difficult extraction. Got a cancellation 2 weeks later and had the extraction yesterday. Raman excellent and explained everything well. I was obviously nervous about it but can honestly say it didn't hurt at all in spite of the very long time it took to get all pieces of tooth and root out. He also used a suture. So far so good. Haven't needed pain killers. Currently on mashed baby food and saltwater rinses. Re recommending one patient, would recommend my husband but he is too scared!! No doubt will come if he ever gets toothache.

New crown

I had anew crown fitted the temporary one didn't work as they wanted to keep as much of the original tooth as possible. They tried hard but the new crown is fine.
