A big thank you
Though I was booked for a check up, I arrived with an infection because I had broken off a front tooth. I couldn't have been dealt with any better, dealing with the infection and preventing further infection problems. Though I will need more treatment, I have been advised of alternatives and costs, which allows me to make the best decision. All I say is a big thank you to Hannah and her assistant.

Considerate and empathetic
I had an appointment with Stefan for a check up and am a nervous/anxious patient at the dentist. Stefan was kind, considerate and empathetic to me telling him this. He talked me through what was happening throughout the appointment and made sure I felt comfortable and was okay regularly. As an anxious person this really helped and made me feel comfortable and able to relax. I really appreciated him listening to me and putting me at ease - thank you!

Private patient, but previously NHS, same dentist. Much more friendly and professional experience, have as much input as you like as a customer, ample time to discuss overall dental health. Costs about twice that of NHS contribution, but well worth paying for the care as fewer return appointments to fix rushed jobs.

Attentive, caring
Lauren H, the dental hygienist, could not have been more attentive. She explained everything and was very caring. Very pleased with treatment. Also, the dental nurse, in attendance was excellent. Both were friendly and professional. The Staff in reception were also very helpful and professional.
