As usual I received excellent service, booking in, the check up and follow up service including payment.
The only negative feedback I can give you today is that the review doesn’t have an excellent tab, I would have selected excellent for the service today and last visit.

Excellent treatment
As ever, excellent treatment from Dr Rummens and the team at Cheltenham House Dental. She always clearly explains the treatment needed and performs it calmly and efficiently - which is great for reducing my anxiety seeing a dentist.

Emergency appointment
First time I visited on emergency NHS appointment, the receptionist was very friendly and the dentist and hygienist were very assuring and efficient in the work they carried out filling a large cavity in my tooth. Will be looking into having root canal work.Thank you

As always Stefan is gentle and reassuring, informing me of what’s happening and checking I am ok, the dental nurse Elaine was fab, very down to earth and considerate making me feel relaxed, great experience with them recently, I didn't get the receptionist name sadly but want to mention her, she was chatty and helped me feel relaxed whilst waiting, really good experience which seems odd for something I do not like!!! Thank you guys 😊
