Pleasant and friendly manner. One felt that any questions you had would be answered.

Was really worried about such a large filling and whether it would mean losing the tooth.
As I could not afford root canal treatment Stefan did a wonderful job recreating the tooth. The injection was not as bad as I had expected either and altogether I am really pleased with the outcome.

I have always been a little apprehensive visiting the Dentist. This is my second or third time with Stefan and I have to say I had no concerns at all during my treatment.
I am very grateful.

Appointment 20 minutes late but only in the chair 4 minutes. Waiting time is poor.

Lakshi Badada as always is a very welcoming dentist. She always explains what she is doing and puts me at ease.

Bit concerning what reviews are on here regarding treatment of NHS patients. Having been a registered nurse for 11 years and in the RAF for 2 years, I unfortunately went through a traumatic event and am on benefits while I rebuild my life. A lot of people are making the choice between food and heating so how on earth you can people afford 300+ for a tooth extraction?
It seems that staff may need to be reminded that they are not in the profession to judge why someone is a NHS patient and not to tarr everyone with a sweeping judgment.
Everyone should be entitled to be at least pain free and treated with respect no matter who they are. No one knows what goes on in someone's life and it is hard enough when you get judged by healthcare professionals
As for the treatment I'm not sure, it was definitely rushed to begin with. Wisdom tooth was fractured and infected. I'm slightly worried because of some reviews of a toxic culture towards NHS patients it may not have been done right.
The tooth was shaved down, no xray taken then when it was more painful shaved down again and a dressing put in place. Anaesthetic wasn't given any time to work before digging into the tooth.
Having a basic understanding of infection I'm concerned no xray was taken, the infected root is still in place and no advice given about the next steps. I suspect because they don't want NHS patients near the building again unless you're rich.
I suppose I will see how it goes.
It is just a shame such attitudes still exist in what is meant to be a caring profession.
