Could not have been more considerate
I only have good comments to make about The Cheltenham House Dental Practice.
Apart from a couple of early appointments when I first became an NHS patient I have been seen by a Surgeon working on the ground floor and as I have mobility issues this has been important to me, I am not sure how I would have managed now with the surgeries on the lower floor.
All the staff are efficient and courteous, waiting times at appointments have been short.
The surgeon who has treated me could not have been more considerate and eased the concerns which are always present with dental treatment.

Reassuring and made me feel calm
I am usually a nervous patient but found my recent experience at Cheltenham House Dental very positive. The receptionist and nurse were very helpful and Dr Rummens was excellent - she was reassuring and made me feel calm, she clearly explained what she needed to do and then did it gently. I am very pleased with the treatment I received.

Emergency appointment
Needed an emergency appointment, rang on a Thursday morning and was offered a Monday appointment which was fine. Also earlier if opportunity arose, which it did as next day Friday had a visit for 4.40 pm. Was seen on arrival and had an extraction for which I was hoping for.
Most efficient service all round.
