As always, received first class treatment.
The dental nurse helping was extremely helpful and pleasant as were the staff on the reception desk.

As usual Laksmi was very kind and thorough and always willing to help to make me comfortable in the chair as I have a bad back. She and the nurse work well as a team.

Disappointed that I was left waiting 25 mins after my appointment time and not offered an apology - whilst I appreciate that appts do run over the lack of apology was poor and I may well now get a parking fine as I went 4 mins over the hour that I paid for !

Emergency appointment
I came into the practice via an emergency appointment and was treated very kindly from reception staff and then from the two people who handled my dental issue, I was seen on time and received good care from them, was very grateful.

My experience has been very good thus far with the dental practice including the individuals who deal with me in a reassuring and professional way. The Dentist in question has been excellent and I feel has helped me keep my teeth healthy.
