Recent treatment
Spoke to hygienist personally and told her it was the most aggressive treatment I have ever received, for which there was no response to this. Perhaps this was due to the fact she arrived late for work and trying to make up time. I am convinced this is not what private treatment is about.

Best ever!
I went to see Mithun the hygienist. Wow. Very good indeed. My teeth are so clean now. Removed all the plaque. Used numbing gel so wasn't uncomfortable at all, thank you.

Replaced filling that’s was done previously
As a NHS patient I feel totally discriminated. I made an appointment, nothing was communicated to me that it’s private, secondly I had made an appointment months ago for August and it was cancelled with no reason, now they say there are no NHS appointments. Because the practice has no interest to keep NHS patients they are trying to drive us away by saying no appointments available, I think this is absolutely disgusting after being with the practice for some time I feel that I am forced to look elsewhere and it is very clear from the conversations at reception that’s is the case.
