I was seen by the dentist at the time arranged. There was a thorough examination of my teeth and mouth followed by an assessment of possible treatment .
A further appointment has been arranged and overall I am happy with the care I received.

I was very happy with my treatment from all the staff.

Although I don't like going to the dentist. Stefan and all the staff soon put me at ease. Everyone very friendly. Rather disappointed it's now gone private. So I now have to pay monthly. But this does include a check up, clean and xray also 10% off any treatment needed. Guess it's the case at all dentists.

Treatment good, great for same day appointment. Real shame they are no longer NHS and now private pricing!

The dentist looked after me was brilliant- kept me informed throughout the process. Sorted the follow on appointment in no time. Front office assistant was very friendly and polite. Overall very good experience this visit.

I have nothing but praise for my recent visit with Lakshmi. I have now seen her several times and she is a lovely dentist and person. She showed great empathy about my recent RTA and her professionalism is very apparent too. I will definitely be staying with this practice now and very much appreciate how difficult it must be for these amazing professionals given how much pressure doctors and dentists are under these days.

Stefan has been my dentist for years, I trust him completely. He is ever the professional, but also incredibly personable. The lady on reception that greeted me (sorry I don’t know her name) is always very friendly and helpful.

I've been a 'patient/customer' here for approximately 11 to 12 years and over the years it's been a very mixed bag of experiences and customer service. The general rule of thumb is, and apologies for my directness, but the receptionists are generally uninterested, grumpy and at rare times rude and argumentative (the lady with the Sth African accent especially). Considering I come once a year for a check up, that's not great customer service (CS)

I've had some very good dentists over the years especially the 'polý kalá' Greek guy, and occasionally good, friendly dental nurses, but the dentists seem to change nearly every time I go back. What's going on with staff retention?

The reason I've decided to write this review, is my very positive experience a few days ago. Yes, still 50% of the two receptionists were grumpy and lacked the basics of CS, please and thank you. In her words to her colleague, 'im not awake yet, don't talk to me!'

The positivity started once I saw Hannah the dentist and her excellent dental nurse (sorry I didn't catch your name), an absolute ray of CS sunshine; polite, smiley and professional. They were both a pleasure to talk to at 08:30 in the morning, when no one wants to be looking in other people's mouth or have theirs looked into. 5* for them two, 1* removed for grumpy, impolite girl.

I arrived an hour early doh! But asked if it was possible to be seen early. The kind receptionist said to come back in half hour to check. I duly arrived and was ushered in for my checkup with Stefan. I needed a quick filling and he was able to do this pain free while I was there. I felt comfortable all the time with gentle music playing in the background. We are always apprehensive visiting dentists but this dental practice have some of the finest. The staff are always polite and I’m not surprised they are full.

Made an emergency appointment, I was given time options for the next day, got me in as I was in pain with a broken tooth, sorted me out, very professional and caring as I'm a nervous person, talked me through every step, really happy with the service and price.

Severe discomfort in Gum. 5 days before I was due to leave the country.
Infection detected in remains of tooth root.
Extracted.
Great relief.
