Caring and kind

The ladies that I saw were caring and kind and understanding, I felt they had time for me as I came in on an emergency appointment (not my own dentist) since my own dentists I seem to have no clue if I even belong there anymore !! So thank you to those dentists I saw today for reinstating my confidence in the way people are now treated in nhs dentists across the uk.

Excellent in every way

There's no 1 thing that stands out for me personally, the dentists and nurses have always been very friendly and supportive in making you feel less nervous, Stefan is excellent in every way, and has never changed whether working as NHS or now as Private, he is a fantastic contribution to your team, I have noticed this last year or so the receptionists are friendlier and much more professional which is a big thing for me, overall Rodericks is amazing and I will be staying, even though I would prefer NHS.
